Our promise
The unbought second opinion.
Most ratings you see are shaped by who paid for them. Nalee is built the opposite way. The score is the product, and nothing about it is for sale.
No ads, anywhere
We don’t sell your attention. There are no ads in Nalee and never will be.
No brand can buy a score
Scores come from open data and a fixed, published method. Money cannot move a number.
No paid placements
Featured products are chosen by their score, not by who pays. Product links earn us nothing.
Your data is never sold
Your scans belong to you. They sync to your private account so you never lose them, and we never sell or share them.

How the Nalee Score works
Every product gets a single 0 to 100 score, higher is cleaner. It blends the things that matter for that category (nutrition and processing for food; ingredient safety and certifications for beauty, home and textiles), then one rule overrides everything: a single severe ingredient caps the whole score. We also show how sure we are, based on how complete the data is.
The two marks
Some standout products carry a badge. They are not the same. One is our everyday green light, the other is the rare top mark.
A confident, well-corroborated clean pick. We mark a product Approved when it is analyzed with high confidence across at least two independent source organizations, carries no serious flagged ingredients, and is not ultra-processed. This is the badge you will see most often.
Our highest, rarest mark. A product earns it only when it is flawless (zero flagged ingredients or additives), independently certified, minimally processed, and corroborated across several independent sources. It is the only way to reach a perfect 100, and no brand can buy it.
